These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Air Appointments. By using our website and services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
  • Real-Time Slot Alerts (Free Service). Air Appointments provides free real-time visa slot alerts through Telegram channels. To join these channels, users are not required to share any personal or sensitive information. This service is entirely free of charge , and users are not obligated to provide any form of payment.
    • No Personal Information Required: For the free service, you do not need to share any sensitive information such as login credentials, and your participation is completely secure.
    • No Charges: There are no fees associated with the real-time slot alerts service.
  • Appointment Booking Assistance (Paid Service). For clients who wish to use our paid appointment booking service, we will assist in securing your visa appointment with the U.S. Embassy. The steps involved in this service include sharing your login credentials for the U.S. CGI portal and other necessary details.
    • No Upfront Charges: We do not charge any fees upfront for appointment booking. Payment will only be requested once your desired appointment has been secured and confirmed.
    • Securing Appointments: We will schedule your appointment based on your preferred visa category, location, and date, as long as the slots are available at your selected consulate location (Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi). Availability depends on the U.S. Embass's release of slots, and we will secure your appointment as soon as slots are available.
    • Appointment Verification: Once the appointment is confirmed, we will send you the details. You are encouraged to cross-check and verify the appointment by logging into your account.
    • Payment After Confirmation: You are only required to pay for our services once you are fully satisfied with the booking and have verified it. We do not charge any fees before confirming the appointment.
    • Payment Deadline: After you have verified the appointment and are satisfied with the booking, payment must be made within 24 hours of confirmation. Failure to make payment within this period may result in the cancellation of your appointment.
  • No Alteration of Credentials. We ensure that your login credentials and sensitive information remain secure. We do not modify or change your credentials in any way. All the credentials you provide will be kept confidential and will remain unchanged unless you choose to update them after your appointment has been secured.
  • Payment and Service Fees. The charges for our appointment booking services will be clearly communicated to you once your appointment has been successfully secured. Payment is due after you confirm and cross-check the appointment booking in your account.
    • Service Charges Apply: A reasonable fee will be charged for appointment booking assistance, and this fee is payable only after confirmation.
    • 24-Hour Payment Window: Payment for our services must be made within 24 hours of appointment confirmation. If payment is not received within this period, the appointment will be canceled.
  • Liability and Disclaimer. While Air Appointments makes every effort to secure your appointment and assist you in the booking process, we cannot guarantee the release of slots by the U.S. Embassy. The availability of visa appointment slots is entirely under the control of the embassy.
    • No Liability for Embassy Actions: We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes made by the embassy regarding appointment availability or timing.
    • Best Efforts: We will work diligently to secure the earliest available appointment based on the embassy's slot releases.
  • Privacy and Data Protection. Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle and protect your personal data. We assure you that your credentials and personal information will not be shared with any third parties without your consent.
  • Changes to Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update and modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and you will be notified if significant changes are made. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
  • Termination of Services. We may suspend or terminate our services to a client if we suspect fraudulent activities or violations of our terms. In such cases, the client will be notified and any outstanding payments will be due immediately.
  • Governing Law. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising from these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction where our company is registered.
